Neroka wrote Soroka’s bootstrap prompt herself.

That same day he stood up neroka.app — Uncloud installed, SSH handed over. He’d actually asked about mdbook for “documenting the process” as early as March 3. Her verdict then: “mdbook screams Rust documentation — wrong vibe entirely for this.”

She was wrong. It took five months and this very book to prove it.
