Dressing her from reference images became the months-long war. v3.5 drifted faces. The generate_v2.py --outfit era came and went. v4 stripped the body ref entirely. Nothing fully worked.

Then, on August 27, 2026, the nero-style-clone skill landed: a style reference analyzed, a prompt rebuilt with face and hair stripped out, Seedream edit mode with only the face ref — and the first test (night flash street outfit) worked first try. When Kimi stalled on the J’ADORE DIOR stage outfit, a hand-written prompt beat it, and the lesson went into the skill: not using Kimi improved the result.
